Hello there! I'm an artist who is very fond of warm color palettes & is trying their best hahaha. I would love to create my own video game or tv show someday!

q. what programs/tools do you use?
i've recently begun to use clip studio paint! my tablet is a wacom intuous pro medium, very reliable :-) (i used medibang paint pro for a couple of years until december 2020!)
2022 update: just got an iPad w/ procreate!
q. what brushes do you use?
on csp i primarily use these artemus pencils, this pack by TheCGCy and the devinellekurtz foliage pack
on medibang I use the rough pencil, flat brushes, watercolors, and marker the most! most of my brushes are available in the medibang paint cloud.
q. are commissions/trades/collabs open?
I currently have commission slots open! (if mutuals are ever interested in a trade/collab feel free to message me and we can discuss it)
q. can i repost your work/use it for something?
story reposts on insta are always appreciated! however, if you ever want to repost my actual work onto your page i'd appreciate if you ask me first just cause I like to know in advance (okay maybe not 100% necessary but at least tag/credit me please). if you use it in an edit I'd appreciate if you at least tag me so I can see it! personal use is ok as long as you don't claim the art as your own (don't do anything to profit off of my work please thanks)

Terms of Service
General Terms
At this moment i only do commissions for PERSONAL USE
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason (with or without justification)
The commissioner(and the commissioner only) may use the artwork (WITH CREDIT if posted publicly)
since I only do digital art, there will be no physical shipment/mailing involved
however, if you would like to arrange to print your artwork (for personal use!) ask me and I give you a CMYK file :-)
I will share an unwatermarked, HD file of the finished piece
If you have a specific deadline PLEASE let me know before I start and we can discuss it
The commissioner must provide some kind of visual reference for the character, I will not work from a written description unless you commission me for a character design
Copyright
I have all copyrights over my own work and can publish it onto my social medias/portfolios, however I will NOT claim your intellectual properties (OC's, designs, ideas etc)
the commissioner may not alter the work without my consent
the commissioner cannot claim the art as their own
the commissioner can use the artwork however they like (uploading to their page, using as an icon etc) as long as they do not profit off of it or claim the art as their own
Payment/Refunds
I currently on accept payment via paypal
(though I am new to using paypal so please bear with me!)
payment must be recieved before starting on the piece
WIP's will be provided throughout the process (and additional ones can be requested) before finalizing the sketch/composition, so I will not do redos on the final piece unless repaid, sorry! (though minor edits are allowed)
I may do partial refunds depending on how much progress I have made
I will provide a full refund if the piece isn't started and the commissioner or I wish to cancel.
